Keisha Gaddis is a Licensed Professional Counselor, educator, speaker, and author of Done With Fine. She helps educators, healthcare teams, caregivers, and working parents recognize the hidden cost of holding it all together and practice realistic ways to respond differently, at work and at home.

Keisha Gaddis has spent more than 20 years in education, including 15+ as a school counselor, listening to children talk about their lives and what they wish the adults around them understood. That work revealed a pattern: many of the struggles children carry are connected to what the adults in their lives are carrying.
Today, Keisha brings that insight to the people everyone counts on. Through keynotes, workshops, and her book Done With Fine, she helps audiences recognize chronic overload, get honest about what they need, and use the DONE Method (Decide, Observe, Name, Exhale) to choose a more intentional next step.
A Licensed Professional Counselor, school counselor, and former classroom teacher, Keisha has spoken for Mental Health America, the Texas Counseling Association, Girls Empowerment Network, and Sacred Heart University. She has been featured on The Harry Connick Jr. Show, WFAA, and CBS 11, and was named to the Dallas Business Journal's 40 Under 40. She lives in Frisco, Texas, with her family.
