Therapy is provided only to individuals physically located in Texas. Therapy services require a signed Informed Consent Agreement separate from these terms.
Coaching is available worldwide but is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.

4. Emergency Disclaimer

This website and its services are not intended for crisis use. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

5. Telehealth Risks

For therapy conducted via telehealth:

Potential risks include interruptions, technical failures, or unauthorized access.
A backup plan will be discussed at the start of services.
By using telehealth, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

6. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at booking unless otherwise arranged.
Sessions canceled with less than 24-hour notice may be charged in full.
Refunds are only provided where required by law or as outlined in your service agreement.

7. No Guarantees

While services are designed to support growth and wellness, results cannot be guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property
