This website is operated by Keisha Gaddis, also known as “Coach Keisha”, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas and a Certified Life Coach serving clients worldwide. Your privacy is important, and this policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected.

  • Therapy Clients (Texas only): Your information is protected under HIPAA. You will receive a separate Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) as required by federal law, detailing your rights and protections.

  • Coaching Clients (worldwide): While HIPAA does not apply to coaching, we extend similar privacy protections.

5. Communication Risks

Please note: email, text, and contact forms may not be fully secure. Do not send highly sensitive information through these channels. Counseling services use HIPAA-compliant platforms for secure communication and records.

6. Data Security & Retention

  • Counseling records are stored securely on HIPAA-compliant platforms.

  • Access is limited to authorized personnel only.

  • Records are retained according to Texas LPC Board rules and securely destroyed when no longer required.

7. Minors

If services are provided to minors, parental or guardian consent will be obtained in accordance with Texas law.

8. International Clients (GDPR/CCPA)

If you are located in the European Union or California, you may have additional rights to access, delete, or restrict use of your personal information. Please contact us for requests.
