Because your daughter deserves a space where she feels seen, heard, and supported.
Confident girls. Calmer homes. Brighter futures.
You Grow Girl: Counseling for Teen Girls (15+)
For over a decade, I’ve created safe spaces where teen girls could discover their voice, build confidence, and learn that who they are is enough. You Grow Girl began as a group program - and today, it continues as one-on-one counseling for motivated teens who are ready to grow.
This space is designed for teen girls (ages 15 and up) who are:
Open to talking and willing to engage in the process
Curious about building confidence and learning new tools
Ready to work on challenges like self-doubt, people-pleasing, or feeling stuck
Common struggles I help with:
Self-doubt and second-guessing
People-pleasing and perfectionism
Feeling lost, stuck, or unsure of next steps
Low self-confidence and imposter syndrome
Balancing school, friendships, and family expectations
What’s important to know:
Not every teen is ready for counseling - and that’s okay. I only accept teen clients who are open to the process and motivated to engage. Forcing therapy rarely works, and I want this to feel like a space your daughter chooses for herself.
If she’s ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside her as she learns to own her voice, trust her worth, and step into her next season with confidence.
What to Expect:
Cost: $125 per session
Length: 50 minutes
Format: Virtual (secure video sessions)
Confidentiality: Sessions are private and confidential. I only ask that your daughter joins from a quiet space where she feels comfortable speaking openly.
Is My Daughter Ready for Counseling?
One of the most common questions I hear from parents is: “How do I know if my daughter is really ready for this?”
Here are a few signs she may be ready:
She’s open to talking about what’s on her mind (even if it feels awkward at first).
She expresses that she wants help building her confidence or handling stress.
She’s willing to try new tools and strategies - not just vent, but also practice change.
She shows up for sessions curious, even if she’s nervous.
Signs she may not be ready yet:
She refuses to engage or insists she doesn’t need support.
She feels forced into therapy by someone else.
She’s completely unwilling to talk, even with gentle encouragement.
Counseling works best when your daughter chooses to participate. If she’s hesitant, that’s okay - it may not be the right season yet. When she’s ready, You Grow Girl will be here.
