If you’ve been feeling…

  • Anxious – your mind won’t stop racing, even when you’re exhausted.

  • Burned out – juggling work, motherhood, and everyone else’s needs has you running on empty.

  • Depressed – even simple tasks feel overwhelming and heavy.

  • Grief-stricken – the loss (big or small) lingers, no matter how much you try to move forward.

  • Perfectionistic – you’re always chasing “enough” but never feel like you measure up.

  • People-pleasing – you keep saying yes when you want to say no, and it’s draining you.

  • Stressed – the pressure follows you everywhere, even in quiet moments.

  • Low in confidence – you second-guess yourself constantly, no matter your accomplishments.

  • Stuck in transition – life changes (even “good” ones) feel disorienting and heavy.

  • Unseen in relationships – you’re giving so much, but still don’t feel supported or valued.

Here’s the truth

You don’t have to carry all of this alone. When stress, anxiety, or burnout feel like too much to handle alone, therapy offers a safe space to reset, heal, and rebuild your peace.

Starting Therapy Can Feel Big

What If I’m Afraid of Being Judged?

When you’ve been the strong one for everyone else, opening up can feel risky. I get that. In our sessions, you don’t have to perform or protect your image - you get to be human. Therapy with me is a space where your doubts, your fears, and even the things you’ve never said out loud are met with understanding, not criticism.

Support for Women Navigating Anxiety, Pressure, and Big Life Shifts

My approach goes beyond managing symptoms…I help you untangle the mental load and pressures that keep you stuck. Therapy helps you calm your nervous system, release the pressure, and gain clarity. It’s where you can process your past, face your present, and prepare for your future with resilience. In our work, you’ll find space to rest, reconnect with who you are, and build a life that feels steady on the inside, not just polished on the outside.

You don’t need the right words or a polished story to be accepted here. Your honesty, even if it feels uncertain or unfinished, is enough. My role is to meet you where you are and walk with you toward the relief and freedom you’ve been craving.

You Deserve Support Too

Stop running on empty. Therapy gives you real relief.

Getting Started Made Simple

Here you’ll find support for ambitious women carrying invisible weight - overthinking, emotional labor, burnout, and constant expectations. I offer virtual therapy for stressed women in Texas who need practical stress relief for busy lives, working mom burnout solutions, and work-life balance strategies that actually fit real life.

Please forget the stereotypes of therapy. This is not about lying on a couch while someone scribbles notes. This is about regaining control of your life, easing the racing thoughts, and finally learning how to rest without guilt.

Beginning therapy doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. I’ll walk you through each step clearly - from our first conversation to our ongoing sessions - so you’ll know exactly what to expect. In our work together, we’ll uncover what is fueling the stress, identify practical strategies for burnout recovery, and help you shift unwanted thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. All you have to do is show up as you are, and together we’ll create a path toward calm, confidence, and the energy to enjoy the life you’re working so hard to build.
