THERAPY FOR HIGH-ACHIEVING PROFESSIONALS WHO ARE DONE HOLDING IT ALL TOGETHER
Virtual therapy for high-achieving Texas women who are done running on empty. If you're leading teams, raising kids, and holding everyone else together while falling apart inside - this is your space to finally exhale.
Here we quiet the racing thoughts, find confidence again, and finally learn how to rest without guilt.
You look capable.
You lead.
You handle things.
But inside, you are exhausted.
Not tired. Overloaded.
You think constantly. You manage everything.
You stay composed because people depend on you.
And somewhere along the way, you stopped asking what you need.
You are not weak.
You are over-functioning.
WHO THIS IS FOR
My therapy clients are leaders, managers, and high-performing professionals.
They are smart, responsible, and emotionally aware.
They come in saying:
"I'm doing everything right, so why do I feel empty?"
"I can't rest without guilt - even when I'm exhausted."
"I hold it together all day and unravel at night."
"My stress is starting to affect my kids and my team."
They are not broken.
They are carrying too much.
WHAT WE WORK ON
This is not surface-level coping.
Therapy with me focuses on staying steady under real pressure.
We work on:
Reducing mental and emotional overload
Regulating stress instead of pushing through it
Untangling worth from productivity
Setting boundaries without guilt
Communicating clearly at work and at home
This is therapy for people who lead - at work, at home, everywhere.
You don't need the perfect words or a clear explanation of what's wrong. We work with what you're carrying and move forward intentionally.
How I Work
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with high-functioning individuals under pressure.
I do not teach people to toughen up. I teach them how to stay steady.
That steadiness leads to clearer thinking, calmer communication, and stronger leadership.
This isn't therapy that keeps you stuck in your story. It's focused work that reduces mental load, calms your nervous system, and builds the regulation skills you need to stay steady under pressure.
This space is for women who are tired of carrying everything alone, but are ready to do something about it.
Logistics:
Virtual therapy only
Available to women residing in Texas
Designed for busy, high-functioning lives
WHY THIS MATTERS
When pressure goes unmanaged, it leaks.
At work:
• Communication breaks down
• Decision fatigue increases
• Patience thins
• Strong leaders burn out
At home:
• Emotional availability disappears
• Small moments turn into tension
• Relationships run on fumes
This work stops the leak.
