I Teach Leaders What Pressure Actually Requires:
Steadiness.
Most leadership development teaches strategy and skills. I teach what determines whether those investments actually hold under pressure: emotional regulation.
Without it, even your best leaders struggle - decisions suffer, communication breaks down, and performance erodes. With it, leaders stay steady, teams stay strong, and performance holds when pressure is highest.
About Keisha Gaddis
Why I Do This Work
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15+ years working in high-pressure environments where emotional regulation determines outcomes.
I've spent my career working with people expected to perform under pressure—school counselors managing crises, leaders navigating organizational stress, families carrying heavy emotional loads.
What became clear: the leaders who stay steady under pressure aren't naturally gifted. They have skills most people were never taught.
So I built what didn't exist: professional-grade emotional steadiness training for leaders who can't afford to fall apart when stakes are high.
Because pressure is everywhere: At work. At home. In relationships. In health.
This work exists because “holding it all together” is not a sustainable strategy.

MY PERSPECTIVE
I do not believe people need to be tougher.
I believe they need steadiness.
Most high-performing professionals were never taught how to regulate stress, lead without absorbing everyone's emotions, or stay calm when stakes are high.
Instead, they learned to push, perform, and stay composed at all costs.
That works…until pressure becomes sustained. Then clarity erodes, communication breaks down, and even strong leaders start reacting instead of leading.
Emotional steadiness is the skill that changes this.
What I Offer
I work with individuals seeking one-on-one support and organizations building steadiness across leadership teams.
For Individuals:
Therapy and coaching for high-achieving professionals navigating pressure
For Organizations:
Keynote presentations for leadership teams and conferences
Interactive workshops for managers and emerging leaders
Ongoing training programs for sustained culture change
What leaders gain:
Regulate emotion in real time during high-stakes moments
Navigate difficult conversations without escalation
Lead teams without spreading stress
Sustain performance without burning out
This isn't wellness programming. It's the regulation capacity that determines whether your leadership development drives performance or falls apart under pressure.
WHO I WORK WITH
I primarily work with:
High-achieving professionals
Corporate leaders and managers
Working parents carrying emotional load
Individuals expected to stay composed no matter what
Organizations bring me in when they recognize that traditional leadership training isn't addressing what's actually breaking down under pressure: their leaders' ability to stay emotionally steady.
Individuals seek me out when they realize they're carrying pressure without the skills to regulate it, and it's starting to show.
FOR INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS
Individual work is private, focused, and designed to build steadiness where you need it most.
If you are here as a leader, HR partner, or decision-maker, this work scales.
The same regulation skills that transform individual leaders transform entire teams: improving retention, communication, and performance under pressure.
Steadiness Isn't Optional. It's Learnable.
Steadiness is not something you are born with.
It is something you build.
And when you do, everything changes.
