How Coaching Works

Both programs are 8-week group coaching experiences delivered virtually. You'll receive:

  • Weekly live coaching calls (60 minutes)

  • Practical regulation tools you apply immediately

  • Accountability and peer support

  • Framework for sustained behavior change

We don't stay stuck in awareness. We build skills and move forward with intention.

Coaching is ideal if you:

  • Want to lead more effectively

  • Need tools you can use immediately

  • Are functioning well but want to function better

  • Want support without a clinical frame

Coaching is NOT for you if you're in crisis, need clinical support, or aren't ready to actively apply what you learn. In those cases, therapy is a better fit.
