I’m a mama of two young kids, so I know the rushed mornings, the nonstop “Mom, mom, mom!” questions, the guilt of being too tired to play after school, and the endless cycle of practices, dinner, and late-night laundry. Whew! It’s alot!

I also know that when we’re overstimulated and running on empty, sometimes irritability takes over, and snapping at our kids becomes the norm - even though we promised ourselves it wouldn’t (Guilty!). And the truth is, stress is contagious. Our kids absorb it, and it can show up as anxiety, insecurity, or struggles at school and in their choices. I’ve seen and felt this personally.

Here’s the reality: while we’re juggling all the things, chasing success in our lives, success without peace at home isn’t real success.

Chances are, your mom parented you the way her mom parented her - and without realizing it, you may be repeating those same stress cycles. I’ve realized that it doesn’t have to stay that way. Through conscious effort and intention, I’ve learned a new way to Be a Mom through the mess & chaos - and the premise of it is learning how to regulate before reacting. When you regulate your emotions and prioritize your own mental wellness, you create the foundation your kids need to thrive.

That’s why I created The Legacy Mama Method - a coaching experience designed to help Moms reset their nervous system, gain more peace, break generational stress cycles, and raise kids who are resilient, connected, and emotionally strong.
